They do have good health benefits.

Cons

Low pay. Disorganized. CEO calls all the shots, yet does not know one thing about product and UX. Major lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Interesting industry. Fun parties. Cool building. Decent pay.

Cons

The office is in total discord. A lot of turn out because the organization and expectations are rarely clear. Younger employee demographic which leads to a lot of petty behavior.

Definitely a company that cares for its employees. The company makes sure that everything you need is readily available for you to perform at your best. Management is very understanding and will listen and work out issues with you. Starting with the owner and trickling down to everyone else a hard work mentality is instilled in the whole company. Overall a awesome company to work for!

There are no cons. Everyone works hard to be on the same page.
