-Great Insurance -Can learn new skills and be promoted within -Pay is fair

Cons

-Can be toxic if you fall into a clique -In my experience, managers can be ill-equipped to handle employee interactions and can take it out on you at a later date -Odd/cult-ish seminars (Yes, cultish)

Pros

One of my favorite things about Reflex are wide-range of talented people that come to work here. They are some of the most interesting minds and personalities that I have had the pleasure of working with. I get the opportunity to see through my own unorthodox solutions to some very unique and complex problems. Every day I see a new challenge, it's rarely dull, and always interesting.

Cons

Less of a con, and more of a challenge. Reflex is still a growing company with evolving products, and face the growing pains of a much larger company. Which means hustling, but it also means solving for those resource gaps. The road of growth may be long, but we are determined and resilient.

Cons

Told to be expected in the office, yet only some departments show up Told work-from-home available to help with work-life balance yet criticized for any work-from-home requests No position is safe from "restructuring", so if someone doesn't like you they can let you go for that reason and you can't do anything.
