      Interesting industry. Fun parties. Cool building. Decent pay.

      Cons

      The office is in total discord. A lot of turn out because the organization and expectations are rarely clear. Younger employee demographic which leads to a lot of petty behavior.

      They pay, sometimes in time.

      Cons

      CEO distanced from the company, focused on his instagram and girls instead of company morale and his employees. Salary to overseas teams often comes with delay, while CEO swimming somewhere on Hawaii. Bonuses to them are not coming since 2014, it appears that bonus giving annual bonus for your employee who's been working in your company for 5+ years is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Main office used to be good place, but cool people are leaving this place once there is a chance. Bunch of young ladies are developing rules and strategy, which are changing every few weeks, causing misunderstanding and chaos. If you don't care where to work, you may want to work in this place.
