Pros

Definitely a company that cares for its employees. The company makes sure that everything you need is readily available for you to perform at your best. Management is very understanding and will listen and work out issues with you. Starting with the owner and trickling down to everyone else a hard work mentality is instilled in the whole company. Overall a awesome company to work for!

Cons

There are no cons. Everyone works hard to be on the same page.

Pros

If you know how to play the game you can talk yourself into a pretty good salary. If you have a desire to learn something or explore new job skills you will be given the green light to do so assuming you can justify your reasoning. Pretty good benefits. If you have the desire to learn and work hard you can learn a lot here. No one is really going to teach it to you, but if you are a self-starter you can grow here for a short period of time. You can go to work in whatever clothes you want. Once you get your seat at the CEO's table you can pretty much do whatever you want even if it makes literally zero sense.

Cons

People really do play into the company politics which is so strange for a no-name company. If you can get in the CEO's ear the world is yours, which I guess for some people that is a pro, but if you want to go to work and do your job and not worry about who is whispering about you to the CEO this is not the place for you. It's an environment filled with self-important people who enjoy placing the blame on everyone else.

Great company to work for

Pros

This company is actually a pretty decent place to work. I think the issue is that the company has been too linient in the past and kept certain people longer than they should have. But it looks like that phase is over and done with. Some of the really junior people and even some of the managers (that are no longer here) caused drama because of their entitledness and lack of professionalism. But I think once it became clear to upper management that the root of the toxicity was coming from a particular group of people, they realized that it was important for the culture and success of the company to make an effort to turn it around. As of right now, it seems like the company is making a genuine effort to try to get rid of the bad apples and people who cause drama. Since all of those people are gone, the environment is so much more fresh and collaborative.

Cons

There was a group of people who brought their toxicity into the workplace and tried to bring others down with them. But now that they are gone, I don't think there are any cons. At least none worth griping about. Based on some of the salty reviews below me, I would guess that some people don't see the error in their ways.
