Pros

Everyone on my team is friendly and helpful. Pay is alright.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement and growth. Strong disapproval of working from home, even when sick. When I work from home I’m required to fill out a log every 30 minutes to justify my time. Short lunch breaks. Turnover is high, and when teammates are terminated they’re just removed from chats with no further mention, making it feel like we’re very disposable. Minimal employer contribution to benefits, so health insurance is expensive but bad.

Pros

Good pay for the tasks required. I literally cannot think of anything else.

Cons

With only a few exceptions, my coworkers were weirdly unfriendly. Then there's the nonexistent training, inefficient systems, poor quality products, and every other department making sure every conceivable problem winds up being the IC's fault, and you have the recipe for the worst job I've ever had. Oh, and I caught Covid from their overcrowded office and draconian anti-WFH-stance. And my insurance didn't pay for it because they "accidentally" didn't get it up and running for almost three weeks after it was supposed to become active.
