Hearing that the culture and support from coworkers have stood out speaks to the environment being built every day. That shared focus on helping customers and delivering quality work is something we take pride in, and it’s great to see the training helping set a strong foundation. We recognize that the pace can pick up during busy weeks, and that’s often when teamwork makes the biggest difference. Maintaining that level of support and alignment during those times remains a priority.
