Pros
People here are pretty laid back. The new management is doing a great job of getting things back on track. All in all Refresco Joplin is a pretty good place to work.
Cons
There are a lot of changes happening which is good and bad. The plant does not have A/C but does have blowers and fans everywhere. Depending on the position the jobs can be very demanding. People tend to be lazy because the more work you do, the more you are expected to do.
