I am truly appreciated for the work I do, and if I have an idea, "no" is never really the answer. Leadership is open to new ideas and ways of doing business.

Cons

To reduce costs, leadership wants to do more things with fewer people. It can work to an extent, but it gets a little overwhelming from time to time and sometimes it's hard to get the support you need because leaders are stretched thin.
