      The floor employes are great and they want the production line to keep rolling.

      Cons

      Some staff members are great and wants your good. But others won't even consider you in their decision. They always give you a great speech abour how important you are. But the keep reapeting the same "mistakes" that could be avoid and that gives you more job.
