One of the most forward thinking yet backward stepping companies in the business world.

Pros

Fantastic shift patterns and a fabulous salary for factory work. A modern state of the art manufacturing facility. A core set of company values that give direction and ambition for all to strive to.

Cons

Rudderless management that constantly seems to go around in circles as is evident at the moment within the factory as the departments begin to return to a 3 shift working pattern and renaming of jobs taking the business backwards some ten years. There is very little opportunity to enhance personal growth within the company and it is entrenched in its old ways of doing things rather than striving forwards as the modern day market continues to do.

I was released after i missed one day and the attitude of the manager was hostile and non responsive to feedback.

I have since applied for jobs with no response what so ever in any way. I have worked in plants like these before with no problems. I believe that an opinion was wrongly formed about me and my attitude, I was not late for work one time and did enjoy working there.

Cons

I do believe that the companies reputation is overall good.
