A few good people to work with & for

When KPI's aren't up to par and plant has equipment/personnel issues, it culminates in poor performance, missing financial goals and thus more stress on everyone. Never seem to have enough people to get things fixed in operations. Always fighting the issue of compensation...can't compete with other local businesses. Low pay equals non-qualified, low-end personnel. And the cycle just continues. Train people...allow them more time to learn new systems...respond to calls for "help".

A few sane fellow employees to rely and lean on in times of need.

Cons

Management are bullies, shout at employees, dictate rather than involve and set you up to fail at every opportunity. Praise isn't in their vocabulary so if you want to end up losing all self confidence, join this place.
