Just acquired by this company. With the former owner our office environment was, and currently is very laid back. I can wear jeans (professionally) everyday. However, when clients are in we dress business casual. The position is exempt.

Cons

It's definitely the "boys club".

Latest technology, full training , lots of different job roles , biggest soft drinks producers in England, good rates of pay higher then average

Cons

Performance reviews can be hard if you don't work hard in a team it's all about teamwork if you don't perform you can be moved or lose money
