      Pros

      Depending on your race and/or skin color you may find this to be a good ole boy's environment (Columbus Ga Plant ) I gave it a 1 rating only because it would not allow a zero

      Cons

      Corporate is toxic as while, a lot of bad decision no ownership and finger pointing. The Cott legacy group are still running the show and most are at retirement age, and click together so if you are new and looking for answer don't look to leadership they are all it together
