Secure job, not a nice work environment

Working in a nice industry, salary is good, not a day is the same, free drinks, strong vision and management, job is secure (people will always buy their products)

Cons

Not a lot of career opportunities, no diversity (only middle aged white men in management) , very strong leadership (= nobody dares to give different opinion). Company does not trust employees. Company expects full flexibility from employees, but doesn’t give it back to employees. No dialogue with employees - communication is one way only. No team feeling. Not a fan of working from home
