Pros

Fun atmosphere to work in. It is a blast learning the in-and-out of how to run a theatre. The ability to give customers a great movie experience is very rewarding. Free movies and half off concessions. Great team work mentality

Cons

Can be very stressful at times. Company tries to hire as many part-time as possible with very few opportunities to get a full-time position. Even at the manager level. Company is a revolving door. Pay is very inadequate. Day to day operations are constantly being adjusted in order to make maximum profit with lowest amount of staff by people hundreds of miles away. Employees are constantly being sent home to help "make hours".

Pros

Regal, and my theater location, in every possible way are preparing me for my future aspiration of becoming an Athletic Director. As a red shirt, I got my leadership certification and began to fill my invisible briefcase with information on best practices, positive relationships, and metric identification, all of which will prove to be crucial in running and maintaining a sports program. I am no longer a red shirt, but I carry my invisible briefcase with me every day to work as a manager, and every day there’s something new to add. Without it, I would be ill prepared for my future! Thank you Regal!!

Cons

Late nights are tough. I learn from every circumstance that may arise, and try my best to make a decision to reflect my values and the company values.

Pros

Free movies great management team at theatre level fast paced

Cons

This company just cares about the top dollar. They will cut payroll to the point of bad guest service. They don't promote fair and the stars of hope is a joke. You bust your butt all summer to give your dm a bonus. That's ridiculous. There's no set rules on what can be done across the country. Some dms are a lot more lax on doing community things as the one we have just cares about a paycheck and not giving appreciation.
