Pros

-Flexible Scheduling -Chill and understanding management (at least with my establishment) -Free movies (up to 3-D and IMAX and below, anything else is a fee, although small) -Free popcorn and drinks -You can keep some posters if not claimed Overall would recommend if you are a movie fanatic and would love to reap the benefits mentioned above.

Cons

-Not consistent work, some days are chill while others are stressful -Your hours are dependent on how good the movies are -Very minimal benefits as a part-time worker, if any at all -Repetitive work -Some rules are absurd (like not having your waterbottle at an easy access point or being unable to drink water while being in front of concessions) -Dealing with customers (pro or con depending on how you like talking to people) Overall would not recommend if you hate people, don't like your job and tempo being dependent on how popular the movies are, and if you don't like repetitive work.
