Love my first job.

Pros

Regal is a great place for a first job. Most employees are in college or high school and everyone is like a family. The job is easy and can be a lot of fun too. You also get free movies for you and a guest. Regal is also really good about working around your schedule if you have school or a second job.

Cons

-Closing shifts as late as 2am -Lots of cleaning -Not a lot of opportunity for promotion or growth -Minimum pay -Open 365 days of the year so expect to work holidays and almost every weekend
