Pros

Having versatility and a great team to work with made the position exceptional. I learned a lot of different skills and was in charge of different areas every few months which kept the job new and exciting.

Cons

Long hours or very late night hours. We called ourselves vampires because we hardly saw the sun. It was slightly difficult to keep a normal life outside of work because of the night hours. I tended to get home anywhere from 2am-4am and would have to be back at work the next night around 4pm sometimes earlier.

Pros

The management is very understanding and supportive. As long as you follow the policies, the management will support you as much as they can. They are very willing to work with you if you have a flexible schedule. You get free movies and discounts on almost all items.

Cons

Closing can take 2-3 hours regardless of what day of the week it is and how busy you are. They are VERY strict when it comes to following policies. When they say to not have your phone on you, they mean it and they will follow the rules and guidelines given to them. As long as you follow all of the policies, you will be fine.
