Pros

Free movies, flexibility, fun, work-life balance and has a school-leave program for students. I really enjoy working here seasonally or weekends only and then coming back to in the summer when I don't have school to find out that I still have a job here, it's really a nice job for students.

Cons

Working holidays and weekends, also pay increase has low mobility

Pros

Free movies. Flexible schedule. They will give you all the time off you want. Tasks can be pretty easy.

Cons

They cut your shifts A LOT. You will not get enough hours. They don't like when people like to work a lot. One time they cut my shift into only two hours of work that day. Crappy pay. Annoying people. Other employees get bossy sometimes. They will give you super hard, strenuous cleaning tasks occasionally and it is not worth the pay. Some managers will treat you like you're stupid if you're new.
