Pros

very easy, flexible hours, good experience, free movies

Cons

pay is horrible, always understaffed, management is not reliable, people who are hired either take job too seriously nor not seriously at all, too much responsibility put on senior employees

Pros

It's a nice job to have when you are in school. They have very flexible schedule since the busy times are based on when kids are out of school. Have gained a lot of great experience that will come in handy in future jobs. Great people to work with and of course free movies are nice.

Cons

It's open every day of the year, so it makes it challenging to spend time with family during the holidays. With all the focus on cutting payroll it is hard to make sure everything that needs to get done does.

Pros

Great people, Great place to work as a summer job.You also get free movies whenever you are not working :)

Cons

Longgg 8 hour shifts, A lot of cleaning for closing shifts in concession area due to food, popcorn, soda messes. Strict rules for up-selling and always offering the larger size of items.
