Pros

It's easy to ask for time off, and easy to get extra hours if you need them, which is a problem with most part time jobs. Great benefits, free movies (2 tickets anywhere, for any movie, any regal theater as long as you have your pay stub per day) Discount on food, but it's already overpriced anyways. Any family members can come see movies on tuesdays, with or without you, at the regal you work at only.

Cons

Hours are often chopped up into 4-5 hour shifts, and scattered at odd times throughout the week. They will under-staff on a busy day if they see fit, overworking their employees and loitering instead of helping during rushes. Management is extremely hard on employees, ration of rude/mean managers to nice managers is 4:1. Uniform extremely uncomfortable and ugly. Write-ups are abundant.
