Pros

Working with people with a sense of humor so you can have fun doing stuff you might otherwise find boring. It becomes real easy in retail jobs like these to form bonds and friendships with the people you work with, and if you can find people with similar interests to you you will have a great time doing work.

Cons

Working for people without a sense of humor is the worst part, sometimes managers are patronizing or full of themselves. Scheduling was never consistent and you would get random times and hours sometimes.
