Pros

This was a decent first time job. This is a good job for high school students, college students, business interns, and retirees. Pros include a fun atmosphere, free movies, and the acquisition of basic job skills.

Cons

Very low pay, minimum wage. Assistant managers do not make that much more. Some district managers play favorites, allowing corruption to go unchallenged.

Pros

The company provided a great opportunity to gain experience in management. Most managers were in their early twenties, which is the perfect time to start learning leadership and resource management skills.

Cons

There is no promotion potential unless you would like to make a career out of theatre management. Also, working all weekends and on holidays is not for everyone.
