Pros

Its fun when you're working with the right ppl. Free movies at any regal/edwards theaters.

Cons

They expect too much for such little pay. My GM threatened to kick out the box office cashiers to do concession or usher if we didn't sell a certain amount of donations.

Pros

Free movie tickets (after 2 weeks of a movie release though) flexible scheduling, hiring age is 16+, discounted prices on concession items (popcorn, soda, and candy weren't included. You had to pay full price)

Cons

Minimum wage, no pay raises, no recognition on your efforts and duty accomplishments, poor management (unprofessional), lack of communication.

Corporate vampires!

Pros

Free movies, working with (mostly) cool, interesting people. Truly a decent job if you are in school and anywhere BUT California, especially Los Angeles.

Cons

In LA: high stakes and low incentives, cannot trust co-workers/supervisors, hard work goes unrecognized and un-rewarded. Everywhere else: customers can be jerks
