      Pros

      You can see free movies at the manager's discretion. Most of my coworkers were friendly and you get a very slight discount on some concession items.

      Cons

      If you say you are available anytime on the weekends, you will get scheduled past midnight and possibly as late as 3AM at my location. Way too many assistant managers who would all give conflicting instructions and the general manager was a complete power freak. He fired someone for not carrying a broom and dustpan while he was only required to carry a flashlight and a clipboard. You get a writeup for calling in sick JUST ONCE.

      Hellish nightmare on busy nights but overall an easy job

      Pros

      I moved up quickly within the company. Flexible hours if you are a college student. Fun people to work with. Free movies if you have an open schedule.

      Cons

      Strict policies regarding seeing movies on your time off (I worked 35 hrs a week and I was unavailable to work in the mornings because of school-- so I was never really able to see movies because that was "requested time off." Favoritism amongst managers with certain employees. Minimal raises when you are promoted (I was also told I had to come in on my time off to get further training for a position --without pay, which I refused to do.)
