Pros

Great experience. Flexible scheduling, great co-workers.

Cons

Associate managers barely make above minimum wage. Responsibility is a lot heavier as a manager, but there are no raises, and might as well stay as a floor staff employee, except for the title and experience to find a better job. Floor staff sometimes get better hours since corporate is so stiff on giving out hours, and managers are always forced to cut hours for floor staff which makes it seem like the theatre doesn't care about employees.

Pros

Free movies, friends worked there, not a hard job, managers were usually friendly. I consider this a good first job or something nice to have part time, but I can't imagine working here long term

Cons

Some workers were incredibly lazy, had an overly aggressive manager, hours are hard to come by, and honestly I get that up selling is needed to make more money, but it was over the top and mostly annoying to customers.
