Pros

Free movies and popcorn, free posters. Easy job to learn, good job for during school.

Cons

Easy to be promoted to associate manager, then no where to go from there. Managers do not appreciate employees enough. Minimum wage job with little chance of any raise, no incentive to improve. Hard to maintain good work/life balance when life happens during your busy times at work.

It's alright, but you might stay there too long.
