Pros

*Flexible schedule (I'm able to change my availability whenever I want) *decent hours (if you work at a big theater) *Overall easy job (especially box office)

Cons

*If you work at a small theater, don't expect many hours. *Poor benefits for employees, and they have continued to diminish over the years *Promotions are sparse and (depending on the theater) a manager may get paid less than $1 more than a new hire floor staff

Pros

Was able to watch free movies.

Cons

Worked floor staff hard while they mainly observed other employees. A few times senior staff could offer a hand during a peak moment, but they preferred to stand beside you and watch you struggle.
