Pros

Free Movie Ticket on nights where movies are NOT selling out. You get to meet alot of people. Co Workers are nice. Good first time job for a younger.

Cons

Pay is bad. Hours are terrible when bad movies come out. You sometimes get sent home early when nights are not busy. Theatres are dirty and sometimes you must clean them within 20 minutes of each playing
