Pros

Free Movies Tickets for you and a guest. Most of the floorstaff are very friendly, helpful people. Easy work, comparatively.

Cons

Terrible Management Practices. No vacation or sick days. Must Work Holidays. Cleaning the Popcorn Popper (Enough said) Low pay with little opportunity for advancement. Rude Customers. Dishonesty among management: At my theater of employment, floor staff was told to withhold popcorn salt from customers (by telling them our salt shakers were stolen) in order to sell more flavored salts. No recognition for a job well done.
