Pros

Friendly environment. Never felt like I was unimportant. Free movies are a great bonus, and makes this job perfect for a high schooler.

Cons

Low pay, as it is a service industry job. Floor staff job is boring, and customers can be quite rude.

-Free films and posters -Being able to work with friends -Having a job on your resume -Building some customer service skills

Cons

-Too much mingling between management and employees thus resulting in inefficiency -Taking fire for unfavorable company policies and upset customers -The company does not care about your opinion or your reasons. All they care about is how much money they are making -Poor pay raise and reviews (often late)
