Pros
The staff and management, well at my location they are great people. They do a fantastic job untill you go above GM where the fat corrupt people sit with all the power.
Cons
No hope for advancement. Dont even bother. Cheap company, too payroll focused. "Cast member" is another word for tool. Theatre never closes. We were open during a hurricane once and state of emergency. Regal is doing alot of demotions to managers who have worked with them for years. Greedy much?
