Pros

Free movies Decent benefits for upper level employees

Cons

Locations vary greatly, so if you're transferring out of a good or decent location you need to get as much info about the new location as possible.

Pros

You get to watch a ton of free movies If you're new to the working world, you'll get some good experience with customer service

Cons

A lot of the co-workers are kids that don't have a very professional demeanor Not a lot of opportunity for advancement Minimum wage, definitely not enough for the work You constantly show up for a shift and get sent home, you can never really know how many hours you'll get a week which can be very stressful when a small paycheck shows up

Pros

Free movies offered when you are available to work but not working, somewhat of a discount on food items, and understanding of the film industry

Cons

lack of pay, horrible customers, once you hit hourly management you do more paper work and do not get compensated for all the extra work
