      Lots of fun coworkers were great, free movies, flexable schedule

      Secrecy of management, closed theater with no notice, managers would change overnight with no explanation

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent benefit system (for full-time managers, but the position no longer really exists), most of the people on the theater level are good to work with, free movies

      Cons

      -Horrible corporate office that treats everyone below the GM level as completely replaceable, and in fact they go out of their way to frequently let you know this; the last few years have shown the corporate office frequently making business decisions in order to (presumably) raise quarterly profits and increase stock revenue, which is destroying the long-term viability of the company -The level of unnecessary paperwork, stress, and regulations simply to operate the theater is ridiculous

      wow, fun but very hard physical and mental work with long hours

      Pros

      movies, movies movies.. you get to watch them, assemble them and project them. never a dull day and always on your toes

      Cons

      hours and hours. incredibly hard work. just because the doors have closed the work is not done. even when the last customer has left there can still be hours of work. not forgetting the customers.. gee they even complain when the acting is bad... and what they do when the lights go down, you don't want to know
