Pros

Free movie tickets are plus because they are crazy expensive now a days. Its an excellent first job. You get good experience under your belt which sets you up for better opportunities later.

Cons

Be prepared to work, especially in box. Huge lines tend to get stressful. Also don't expect to be requesting a lot of days off or plan a summer vacation. It wont happen.

Pros

Very friendly environment and plenty of opportunities to get a promotion and to test and improve your leadership skills. Working at a smaller theater is like working with close friends because everyone knows everyone and tries to help each other out.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage in the beginning and they don't willingly give raises. Also, since Regal is a huge chain of theaters, there is a feeling of working for a large corporation and not having any say in important decisions.
