Pros

Honestly, not a bad place to work for what it is. Friendly work environment, lower level management acted like normal people, not carnivorous raptors like some places.

Cons

The pay was definitely a concern. little chance of moving up within the company, and often overworked for the level of appreciation given.

Pros

Most of the other employees were my age (16-19) and Regal was very flexible with time off. Every time I asked for it, I got the time off I wanted. Not impossible to advance. I have friends who started off as floor staff and are now managers.

Cons

It was hard to get a ton of hours to work every week and they told me I would be working a lot more when I interviewed for the job.

Pros

There are obviously going to be more advantages and benefits as one moves up in the company. Associate Managers do not get much in the way of benefits, but we do get free movies and concessions.

Cons

The economy is pretty bad right now, and Regal cuts costs wherever possible. That said, pay is fairly low.
