      Their tech isn’t great so a lot of customers will come with issues relating to that.

      Pros

      You get to help customers improve their financial situations. Meet different people and learn a lot of valuable skills and knowledge. Work with some great people.

      Cons

      If you are someone that cares about improving anything, it’s set up to burn you out. The processes, procedures and technology are outdated and maddening. Communication is very limited. If you’re lucky, you work with a few people that make an extra effort to improve things but mostly it’s a lot of people that have been there a loooong time and gotten very comfortable and don’t take kindly to accountability even if it would help elevate the team.
