Pros

The environment was really a team environment. If you were willing to put in the work, you were rewarded for it.

Cons

The managers had a tendency to micromanage employees. Every little thing that you did was scrutinized. No room for personal growth as an employee.

Pros

Close to home. Most co-workers were great. Coworkers would help anyone make their goals by the end of the month if you were lacking.

Cons

Do not work with school schedules, even after getting approval from management, but because higher up didn't agree with it, they will fire you, but make it seem as if you resigned. Almost like a hoity-toity "i'm better than you" attitude from co-workers. Pushy sales goals for those who are not salespeople, but try all the time.
