Pros
I've worked for this company for over 5 years. The atmosphere is great. There are a lot of wonderful associates. The job isn't difficult if you are willing to work hard.
Cons
The pay is not great, especially if you are promoted within. The company has gone to a more sales approach, where it is very pushy. Banking has changed a lot in the last few years and I feel like Regions is trying to figure out how handle the change by throwing a lot of different micro management procedures at their associates. In return, morale is being lost and people are leaving.
