Pros

Met professional connections as a student, began sales in different job markets.

Cons

The pay is low compared to other financial institutions, there was always a scheduling conflict even though I was part-time (I would be scheduled for 35 hours at times). HR is very unprofessional, and they would cut corners with you when they didn't want to tell you the truth. I had once quit and come back to the company and I was not able to go back to my original branch, and they cut corners there as well. They overlook established employees and do not let older employees move up.

Pros

excellent upper level management that extends throughout the company. room for ideas, growth, etc. Regions strongly favors loyalty and time spent within the company.

Cons

tends to pay less (compared to private sector, but that can be expected). too many restrictions and challenges for lower level employees
