There is no loyalty anymore. Understand that when entering this job at this Company. The Company promotes a culture of backstabbing, nepotism, and incompetence, at the middle of the Company. The "All in!" motto is completely one sided. Regions will eat you up, use you, and spit you out. From Branch managers to the ROMs, and above. Metrics for daily operations and bonuses are unattainable at many levels. A Branch that mainly works with Commercial Clients is not going to be opening many personal credit cards or getting HELOCs from a business, but the metric demands we do it. The constant stress of daily threats of "you can be fired if x,y,z, isn't done perfectly", are insufferable. There is no room for mistakes or being human, yet they demand you have the most empathy for Clients. In the event of a life emergency & the quantity of hours needed is beyond your limited Paid time off, the first day you are absent without PTO you will receive consistent threatening Emails from HR about termination if you can't come in...So hope to God you don't get in an accident or severe illness and still want to keep your job.
