Pros

Supporting junior management, Team Leaders are very involved in your performance, giving that their incentive is on the line. Fair incentive plan for associates, full time guaranteed, no Sundays and Saturday rotations. Never worked beyond 7 PM. Great sick time/vacation plan, and ten paid holidays. People are very friendly, lots of food given out... You will gain weight.

Cons

Lack of research in the hiring process recently brings underqualified people, thus morale and conficence has been on the decline. Training is sufficient, but lacks a psychological side to it when it comes to dealing with irrate callers.

Pros

It is a good place to learn standard bank operating procedures and government standards for banking. It is a good place to learn cash handling and basic teller functionality. It is a large bank, but still has the feel of a small community bank.

Cons

It is very difficult to transfer or to advance from your current position. Current bank fees are high and customer dissatisfaction is becoming greater as fees increase, making it even harder to reach sales quotas.
