      -mindless work -goal oriented and you are told where you stand at all times -get to interact with interesting people

      Cons

      -goals pop up out of nowhere sometimes and aren't fully explained -won't get noticed unless you blow a goal out of the water -easy to get lost in the sea of employees

      Employee Benefits Good employees Executive levels obtain extra special treatment

      Over worked staff, long teller lines, every department is short staffed, lots of errors made by staff, limited training, employees are not knowledgeable. Poor technology due to resources.

      money, experience...fun place to work. Everyday is different. If you work hard and listent to your superiors you will be recognized.

      Cons

      very busy...since day one, i've been working non-stop. I have five different bosses and each one thinks that their task is the most important.
