Pros

Job and personal life balance. Grow opportunity within commercial division. Provided learning source to expand knowledge in a banking sector.

Cons

Compensation is below industry standards. Senior Management disconnect from the current economic issues. Banking knowledge and sales activity out of touch.

Pros

Very good training for entry level applicants to get licenses, etc. Experienced applicants should go after more senior roles and spell out compensation package to a "t"

Cons

Some management leaves a little to be desired. My personal compensation package was very vauge. Nobody could tell me what my bonus payout would be prior to accepting a position. When I hit bonus payout, I was amazed at the amount and found another job.
