Managers give Southerners a bad name and many are just hick morons. Mine was a little short guy who thought he was hot and used to sleep at his desk. These folks won all kinds of recognition and it was all called Meet the Need of the customer.

This is not traditional banking. It's a sales job, tellers are required to sell, platform is required to sell and branch managers are supposed to be outside selling 80-90% of the time. Mostly cold calling, dropping into business trying to earn their business. It's a great job if you excel at outside business to business sales.
