Pros
Working at Regions Bank has been pleasent because they have worked well with my schedule in regards to church, family issues, and personal issues. Nothing has been said but positive remarks regarding items that may have me unsatisfied. Work environment is great since there is a restaurant within the grounds, so leaving the facility is not necessary. Refreshment areas are superb since they have fresh filtered water and ice available for free. Coffee and hot chocalate is available in the break area.
Cons
Downside for me is the drive that is required since I live 27 miles from the facility. Security has a hard time to get badges correct for security access.
