Pros
based on 2012 last date of employment. very supportive with training and wanting employees to know their stuff; management pushed for methods that would make subordinate's work loads more manageable and less stressful; number of days off each year; the head of BSA and managers outside of the BSA investigative unit were great; managers allowed a fairly flexible start and end time for each day of work so people could attend to personal commitments
Cons
based on 2012 last date of employment. pay: come in high because it won't increase much during tenure, 3% annual pay increase is the max. Many coworkers made the environment feel like high school drama, aml investigative managers weren't impressive, often unprofessional, and cliquey with subordinates
