      Pros

      My starting pay made me feel valued. The HR recruiter Roni did a fabulous job throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. I work with amazing and determined people at my branch. My co-workers already feel like family. Regions really cares and their GreenPrint tool is superb compared to other banks.

      Cons

      I was only offered 5 days of vacation for the whole year starting in February, but the 12 days of sick leave help.

      Pros

      I was attracted to Regions initially for the growth opportunity and that has proven to be true. The org really tries to give internal associates the chance to advance. I would not have the experience I do today without them taking a chance on me!

      Cons

      A lot of my team is spread out across different states and that makes immediate team camaraderie tough but there are a ton of great people who work adjacent to me that make each day better. Benefit cost to associates is pretty high.
