      You get a free checking acct.

      Cons

      System crashes 2-3 times an hour during live calls. Management wants you to ask question but never answer them. Empathy is their only solution when something doesn’t work the way it needs to. Pawning off to another department to see if they can fix the issue when it’s clear as day who needs to handle the situation

      the base pay is competitive, on the other hand the commission is almost non exiting.

      Cons

      Cold calling! You are required to have 20 contacts per day. in the beginning you don't have many clients to call. So you basically cold call existing clients. " here at regions we believe its our duty to communicate with our clients on a regular bases "
