      Cons

      They only care about sales and not humans - not for their employees and not for their customers. Product pushing is the only thing they care about regardless of how it hurts a customer.

      Leadership expects too many activities and goals for each position and even expected to work teller row and still call customers and do long conversations on teller row with green prints computer programs also bonus potential is nearly impossible for some positions because goals are unreachable and they expect you to sell everything to a customer at one time

      The system used for banking is not bad. Also there are very few technical errors.

      Cons

      It’s a big bank mentality. A lot of the employees don’t care. The name of the game is sales. That is all. How much can I get out of the customer? At times it’s disgusting.
